PCR1974127RESOLUTION XP. C. 127-74 RECOMWNDATION OP APPROVAL FOR KRISTIN DOWNS PUNNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS a petition from Herbert C. Puetzer, president of M C Development Co., Inc., for a planned unit development on approximately 49 acres of property in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 is pending before the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS the general development plan received by the Plan Commission August 6, 1974, indicates an 83 lot, single family subdivision with swimming pool, tennis courts and tot lots, and WHEREAS the general development plan complies with Section 6.02 (4) of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance as far as the intended use of the land, the land to be reserved for vehicular and pedestrian circulation, and playgrounds and open space, and WEREAS the general development plan complies with Section 7 of the Land Division Ordinance as far as street arrangement and design, street intersections, lots and blocks, easements, public sites and open space, and WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.02 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission shall make its recommendation to the Common Council as to the appropriateness and desirability of the proposed zoning change after which the Common Council shall cause a public hearing to be held. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the 0 concept and general layout of the proposed planned unit development on the Herbert Puetzer property in Section 9. e Page 2 - Resolution #P. C. 127-74 Kristin Downs BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is understood that this approval does not waive the requirements for a developer's agreement, deed restrictions, landscape plans, and a review of the amenities; nor does this approval waive the developer's obligation to resolve the disposition of the remnant parcels along the west and north ends of the planned unit development.
