RECOMMENDATION TO TERMINATE CONDITIONAL USE GRANT $43
TEXACO. INC.
WHEEAS Conditional Use Grant #43 was granted to Texaco, Inc.,
October 18, 1966, to permit the construction and operation of an
automobile service station at S66 W14501 Janesville Road, and
‘WEREAS the Lindsay Soft Water business, a permitted use-by-right
in this 8-3 District, now has use of the building, and
WHEREAS the conditional use grant is no longer necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council, in accordance
with Sec. 6.03 (2) E. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, that Conditional
Use Grant #43 issued to Texaco, Inc., be terminated.
