PCR1974124RESOLKCION XP. C. 124-74 (AS AMENDED) DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION MARY ANDROJNA WHEREAS a sketch for a three parcel division of property owned by Mary Androjna in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 was referred to Planning Consultant Flangiamele for review and recommendation, and WKEREAS Planning Consultant idangiamele advised at the August 6th meeting that either Gold Drive or Wentland Drive could be extended to serve this property and recommended lower density for this area. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby concur with the planner's recommendation and does hereby deny the sketch for'a three parcel division of the Mary Androjna property in Section 5 because the proliferation of high density is undesirable in this area. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be receptive to a two parcel division and that the Commission would give favorable consideration to the extension of a \Ventland Drive half street.
