APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by National Exchangors,
Inc., for an eleven lot subdivision to be known as Shagbark was
approved by the Common Council Janaury 8th, 1974, and
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Roger W. Johnson
August 13th, 1974, has been submitted to finalize the division of
four lots in the Shagbark Subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to
finalize the division of four lots in the Shagbark Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council approval of this certified survey map subject
to approval by the city engineer and subject to its compliance with
the approved preliminary plat.
