PCR1974120RESOLUTION #P- C. 120-74 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL POR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AL BASSE PROPERTY WHEREAS a petition from Rite Realty Corporation for a planned unit development on approximately 54.5 acres of the Alvin Basse property is pending before the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P. C. 87-74 on July 16th. 1974, which urged the developers to reconsider their request for approval of a planned unit development and replace it with a conventional subdivision, to consider the possibility of dedi- cating several acres of the proposed nature preserve to the City of Muskego, and that the density of the subdivision be computed on the basis of RS-2 zoning, and WHEREAS the General Development Plan Exhibit F-1 which proposes a total of 104 lots of 15,000 sq. ft. minimum size under a planned unit development is before the Commission, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission shall make recommendation to the Common Council as to the appropriateness and desirability of the proposed zoning change, etc., in accordance with Section 6.02 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council w,ll of the petition from Rite Realty Corporation for a planned unit development on the Alvin Basse property in accordance with General Development Plan Exhibit F-1.
