APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(HI LDA ZACHE)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas D. Inman August
3, 1974, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the
Hilda Zache property on Pioneer Drive in Section 16, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District with sewer available which
requires 20,000 sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and the lot
proposed more than meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by the Plan
Commission July 2, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend to the Common Council
approval of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of the Hilda Zache property on Pioneer Drive in Section 16 subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
