APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LES SORENSON
WHEREAS a request from Les Sorenson, S70 W17340 Muskego Drive,
was granted by the Plan Commission in February, 1970, to alter the
lot lines between Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 13, Muskego Shores Subd.,
which would permit the creation of two lots from two and a half lots,
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission also recommended to the Common Council
to approve this request and to grant legal lot status to proposed
Parcel 1 which is 5' less in average width than required by this
RS-3 OED District, and e WHEREAS prior to approval by the Common Council it was necessary
that a certified survey map be submitted indicating the lot line
revision, and
WHEREAS a certified survey map has now been submitted which was
prepared by Edmund J. Sulkowski July 30th, 1974,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map submitted
indicating the revisions of Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 13, Muskego Shores
Subd. subject to the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission confirms its
recommendation to the Common Council that legal status be granted to
proposed Parcel 1.
