APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
JOSEPH BISENIUS - JOHN JUNG
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a two parcel division
of the former John Jung property in Section 25 by Joseph Bisenius,
and
WHEREAS this is an Agriculture District which requires three
acre parcels,with 300' average width and the lots proposed meet
these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan hmmission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a two parcel division of the
former John Jung property in Section 25.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map.
