APPROVAL OF BUI DING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
MRE'ITA YANNY
WHEREAS a change of use has been proposed for the building
owned by Loretta Yanny at S63 W13187 Janesville Road, and
WEREAS the proposed use will be the sale of ceramics and
automobile radiator accessories, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted use-by=right in this RS-2 00s
District subject to approval by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the proposed use will not require any structural changes
or remodelling.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
0 of Muskego does hereby approve of the change of use of the
building at S63 W13187 Janesville Road to permit the sale of
ceramics and automobile radiator accessories.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there shall be no outside storage
and that the use is expressly limited to the sale of ceramics and
automobile radiator accessories.
