APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION - JOHN PAUL
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a three parcel division
of the John Paul property on Janesville Road in Section 2, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000 sq. ft.
lots with 100' average width, and
WHEREAS the lots more than meet the square footage requirement
and average width with the exception of proposed Parcel 1 which has
6' less than required for average width, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the Plan Commission and Common Council may waive any
requirement if in their judgment an undue hardship would result, and
WHEREAS, because of the location of the existing garage on
proposed Parcel 2, it would be inappropriate to apply literally the
average width requirement, and

WHEREAS the lots as proposed will be compatible with those existing
lots in the surrounding area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for a three parcel division
of the John Paul property on Janesville Road and recommends to the
Common Council that a variance in accordance with Section 2.5 of the
Land Division Ordinance be granted to permit the creation of Parcel
1.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be receptive
a to the submission of a certified survey map.
