APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
HAROLD DEBACK
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude Johnson, Jr.,
July 23, 1974, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel division
of the Harold DeBack property in the SE 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS this is an R-1 District which requires 80,000 sq. ft.
with 200’ average width and the lot proposed more than meets these
requirements, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division subject to the condition that the road be constructed
prior to approval of the certified survey map or that a financial
guarantee be submitted to assure the city that the road will be
constructed.
THEREFOIG BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to finalize
a one parcel division of the Harold DeBack property in Section 29
subject to the condition that a financial guarantee be submitted to
assure the city that the road will be constructed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the appro-
val of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER %SOLVED that the Plan commission recommends to
the Common Council approval of this certified survey map subject to
the condition that a finaacialguarantee be submitted to assure the
city that the road will be constructed and subject to approval
