APPROVAL OF SIGN - R. L. CHAMBERS
WHEREAS Dr. R. L. Chambers is using the former Vivian Salentine
residence, S76 W17619 Janesville Road, as a dental clinic which is
a permitted use-by-right in this B-3 District, and
WHEREAS Dr. Chambers has requested approval of a 57" x 12"
identification sign to be located near the entrance of the clinic,
sign also to have a 6" x 25" plate identifying his profession.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED th& the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a 57" x 12" identification sign
with 6" x 25" plate identifying the profession of Dr. R. L. Chambers
to be located near the entrance of the dental clinic at S76 W17619
Janesville Road.
