APPROVAL OF FENCE - NORMAN THOMAS
WHEREAS on June 25th, 1974, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego adopted Resolution #99-74 As Amended which granted a solid,
non-combustible, solid landfill permit to Mr. Norman Thomas subject
to several conditions, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions states: "That in order to provide
adequate screening and to insure the use of the premises by only autho-
rized persons a fence acceptable to the Plan Commission shall be
provided along Tans Drive." and
WHERE& such fence has been constructed.
THEFSTORS BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the fence which has been provided by
Mr. Thomas along Tans Drive.
