C. 109-74 APPROVAL OF CINEMA SIGN - PARKLAND PUZA WHEREAS a theatre sign, 10' x 20' with an overall height of 20', to advertise the Parkland Cinema was not approved by the Plan Commission at their meeting June 18th. 1974, and WHEREAS at their meeting July 2nd, 1974, the Plan Commission declared its intention to further discuss with the developers a proposed sign for Parkland Cinema, and which were prepared by Paschke & Associates for a 5' x 19' identifica- WHEREAS sign elevations have now been submitted for approval tion sign with two underlying 2'6" x 12' signs with changeable letters to advertise the two attractions; overall height of the sign to be 18' with color scheme identical to the mall sign, and WHEREAS a site plan has also been submitted showing optional sign locations - one of which is in the area of the transformer and the other approximately 160' north of the transformer near the southwest corner of the mall structure. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the 5' x 19' identification sign with two underlying 2'6" x 12' signs with changeable letters to advertise the two attractions; overall height of the sign to be 18' with color scheme identical to the mall sign. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby approve of the transformer location for the sign.
