REFERRAL OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PETITION TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
KRISTIN DOWNS
WHEREAS Herbert C. Puetzer, president of M C Development Co.,
Inc., has submitted a petition to establish an OPD Planned Develop-
ment District on his property in Section 9 to permit the development
of an 83 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a sketch for a single
family subdivision under the existing zoning at their meeting
June 4, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this proposal to establish an OPD
Planned Development District on the Puetzer property in Section 9
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
