APPROVAL OF REVISION TO CARPORTS
PARKLAND PIAZA
WHEREAS revised plans prepared by Paschke & Associates have
been submitted for carports in the Freedom Square I1 and I11 develop-
ments in Parkland Plaza, and
WHEREAS the revised plan indicates enclosure on three sides of
the carports with rough sawn cedar with metal on the sides of the
roof as well as structural changes, and
WHEREAS the developers of Freedom Square I1 and I11 feel that the
proposed carports will be more esthetically acceptable than the
original plans which were approved in August, 1972.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the revision to the future carports in
Freedom Square I1 and I11 in Parkland Plaza.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that landscaping around the existing
carports shall be completed prior to proceeding with the Phase I1 and
I11 carports.
