APPROVAL OP BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
INTERSTATE TOOL 83 ENGINEERING CO.
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego accepted
an offer to purchase Lot 8, Block 2, Muskego Business/Industrial
Park from Interstate Tool and Engineering Corporation in April,
1974, and
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans prepared by
AMCON have been submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS the plans indicate construction of an 80' x 120'
building with painted split-face concrete block on the front and
side returns with the balance of the building in painted block.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of building, site and operational
plans for Interstate Tool & Engineering Co. in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park.
