PCR1974105i) RESOLUTION #P.C. 105-74 APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURE OF TRI-TOWN HOMES, INC. (HILLENDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION) WHEREAS plans have been submitted for construction of a single family dwelling on Lot 7 Block B Hillendale Heights Subdivision, and WHEREAS Building Inspector Lee has submitted the plans to the Plan Commission as he deems them to be in possible conflict with Section 6.11 (2) B. which states: "No building shall be permitted the design OK exterior appearance of which is so identical with those adjoining as to create excessive monotony and drabness.", and WHEREAS the Plan Commission is to judge the building appearance and a building permit shall not be issued until the Commission has approved said plans, and WHEREAS in the building inspector's opinion, similar homes are located on Lot 4, Block A, Lot 18, Block C and Lots 12 & 17, Block D THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City , of Muskego does hereby approve of the plans submitted for a single family dwelling on Lot 7, Block B, Hillendale Heights Subdivision.
