FOR TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #43
SCHEDULING PUBLIC HWI NG
(TEXACO, INC .
IWEREAS Conditional Use Grant #43 was granted to Texaco, Inc.,
October 18, 1966, to permit the construction and operation of an
automobile service station at Sbb W14501 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS at the last Plan Commission meeting Resolution #P. C.
94-74 As Amended was adopted which granted approval of building,
site and operational plans for the Lindsay Soft Water Business to
use this building, and
WHEREAS the Lindsay Soft Water business is a permitted use-by-
right in this B-3 District and a conditional use grant
necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
is no longer
of the City
of Muskego does hereby schedule a public hearing to consider the
termination of Conditional Use Grant #43 for 7:45 P. M.,September 3,
1974.
