TESS CORNERS FIRE DEPARTMENT SUB-STATION
APPROVAL OF BUILDING PLANS
WHEREAS the Tess Corners Fire Department has submitted building
and partial site plan for a proposed sub-station to be constructed
on a 1.57 acre parcel in Section 25 on Loomis Road, and
WHEREAS the proposed building will be 50' x 75', steel with
partial brick front, gold in color, and
WHEREAS they have requested that the required full site plan
be waived by the Commission until such time as they are prepared to
landscape the site, and
WHEREAS the necessary parking will be provided in the front of
the building on the concrete apron, and 0 WHEREAS this is an Agriculture District with an OIP overlay and
a sub-station is a permitted use-by-right.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the building plans for the proposed
Tess Corners Fire Dept. sub-station on Loomis Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the commission approves of the plans
for temporary parking until such time as the site will be fully
landscaped.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tess Corners Fire Dept. will,
within one year, submit to the Plan Commission a final site plan for
review.
