APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY AMAP - BRISTOL OAKS CORP.
(MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB, INC.)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat for
a 1.57 acre division of the Muskego Lakes Country Club property
on Highway 36 in Section 25 in October, 1970, to permit the Tess
Corners Fire Dept. to construct a sub-station, and
WHEREAS a certified survey map was prepared for this division
by Surveyor Claude Johnson November 20th, 1970, and
WHEREAS the consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, reviewed
the certified survey map and recommended approval, and
WHEREAS it was brought to the Commission's attention that the
Tess Corners Fire Department might not after all purchase this
parcel for a sub-station and action was not taken on the final land
division, and
WHEREAS the Tess Corners Pire Department is now in the process
of purchasing said parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map for this
1.57 acre division of the country club property subject to the updating
of same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the
certified survey map subject to said updating.
