PCR1974097RESOLUTION #P. C. 97-74 APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS POR LAUDROMAT AND DRY CLEANERS (MIKE FITZGERAIJI & CHUCK DAMASKE) WHEREAS a sketch submitted for an addition to the Damaske Electronics building, S74 W16834 Janesville Road, for the purpose of a self-service laundromat and dry cleaners was referred to the planning consultant and zoning officer May 7th, 1974, and WHEREAS the planning consultant and zoning officer reported to the Commission May 21st, 1974, that this would be a permitted use- by-right in this B-4 District, that the site plan indicated that there would be conformance to open space and offsets, however, that the lot was non-conforming in size being only 70' in average width, and WHEREAS an additional 5' was added to the lot through an exchange of property between adjoining owners thus creating a conforming lot, and WHEREAS building, site and operational plans for the proposed self-service laundromat and dry cleaners have now been submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the building, site and operational plans for an addition to the Damaske Electronics building to be used for a self-service laundromat and dry cleaners. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the conditions that at least a base coat of asphalt will be applied to all parking areas serving the existing building as well as the new addition and that landscaping will include grass and shrubs.
