APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
(K. Janiszewski)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a petition from K.

I Janiszewski for a conditional use grant to permit an experimental,
testing and research laboratory in the former Ripple Motors building,
S98 W12578 Loomis Road, and
\
WHEREAS this is a B-4 District and experimental, testing and
reasearch laboratories are permitted uses by conditional grant, and
WHEREAS the petitioner has stated that the use would be
discontinued after approximately 18 months, and
WHEREAS the proposed use would not create a nuisance as a result
of noise, dust, smoke, etc.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant the request of K. Janiszewski for a
conditional use to permit an experimental, testing and research
laboratory in the building at S98 W12578 Loomis Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is for a period of
24 months unless extended by mutual agreement between the Plan Commission
and Mr. Janiszewski.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the use is expanded be-
yond that presently proposed, the petitioner shall submit a new request
to the Commission for expansion of said conditional use.
