APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(ANNA MAHN)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert Hilmer July
1, 1974, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the
Anna Mahn property in Section 12, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft.
lots with 110' average width and the proposed parcel more than meets
these requirements, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a sketch for a four parcel
division of this property in May, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to finalize
a one parcel division of the Anna Mahn property in Section 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer and subject to dedication of that portion
of Woods Road to be used for the designed Belt Freeway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends to
the Common Council that they impose the necessary sewer assessment for
the single lot.
