APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PUNS
(LINDSAY SOFT WATER)
Conditioning Co. for use of the building at 566 W14501 Janesville
WHEREAS plans have been submitted by R. C. Uttech Water
Road, the former Texaco service station, for Lindsay Soft Water,
and
Use #43 for the operation of an automobile service station in this
8-3 District, and
WHEREAS the former Texaco service station was granted Conditional
WHEREAS the Lindsay Soft Water business is a permitted use-by-
right in this B-3 District subject to approval of building, site and
operational plans by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS they have indicated that the former service station
building will be used as follows - front display room for display of
equipment and products, service area with overhead doors for servicing
and assembly of equipment and storage of eighty pound bags of water
softener salt, and tkstock room for storage of parts and equipment,
and
WHEREAS they have requested two signs - 10" or 12" plastic block
letters, blue in color, to be affixed to the front of the building above
the display room and a pole mounted outdoor illuminated sign to be
mounted on existing pole supports.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVE0 that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational plans
for Lindsay Soft Water business in the former Texaco automobile service
station.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request for the facade sign and
approves the request for the 36" x 50", free standing sign to be
located at the right of the exit on Tess Corners Drive.
