APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(HILDA ZACKE)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Hilda Zache for a one
parcel division of her property on Pioneer Drive in Section 16,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District with sewer available which
requires 20,000 sq. ft. lots with 110’ average width and the lot
proposed more than meets these requirements.
THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for a one parcel
division of Hilda Zache’s property on Pioneer Drive in Section 16. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be receptive
to the submission of a certified survey map.
