APPROVAL OF SKFTCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(DOROTHY BOIDT)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Mrs. Dorothy Boldt for
a one parcel division of her property north of Woods Road in
Section 17, and
WHEREAS this is an unsewered RS-1 District which requires
60,000 sq. f$. lots with 240 ft. average width and the lot as
proposed more than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for a one parcel
division of Mrs. Boldt's property north of Woods Road in Section
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map for either
proposed parcel A or B but only for parcel A if the remaining
85' is not left as a remnant.
