APPROVING PROSPECTIVE STUDY PUNS OF BUILDINGS
(SENIOR CITIZEN RETIREMENT CENTER)
WHEREAS the Common Council, upon recommendation of the Plan
Commission, has approved an amendment to the Mus-Kee-Guac planned
unit development to permit a senior citizen retirement center and,
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has reserved the right to review and
approve the architectural plans, site plans and operational plans of
the center as indicated in their Resolution #P. C. 34-74 adopted
May 7th, 1974, and
WHEREAS prospective study plans of the buildings have been sub-
mitted and reviewed by Planning Consultant Mangiamele, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval 0 of these prospective study plans of the buildings.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve, in accordance with recommendation
from the planner, the prospective study plans of the buildings for
the senior citizen retirement center.
