RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL PINAL PIAT - SONOMA PARK - TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has previously
approved a preliminary plat for Sonoma Park, a subdivision in the Town
of Vernon which falls within the City of Muskego's extra-territorial
jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission, upon examination of the final plat,
has determined that it is in conformance with the approved preliminary
plat, with the Land Division Ordinance of the City of Muskego and all
other ordinances, and
WHEREAS, however, it has been determined that prior to final 0 approval by the Common Council, an engineering study of the adjacent
properties shall be made in order to assure the City of Muskego proper
drainage facilities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the
final plat of Sonoma Park, a subdivision in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is recommended that this approval
be conditioned upon the preparation and presentation to the city of
a drainage study of the lands adjacent to the subdivision.
