AMENDMENT TO EXISTING ZONING DISTRICT MAP
SECTION 5
RECOMMENDATION TO REMOVE THE OIP OVERLAY ON THE PORMER NIKE SITE IN
WHEREAS an overlay for institutional and public service is no
longer necessary on approximately 28 acres of the former Nike Site
property in Section 5 since its termination.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that a
petition be initiated to rezone approximately 28 acres in Section
5 from R-1 with an OIP Overlay to R-1.
