PCR19740830 RESOLVTION #P. C. 83-74 AMENDMENT TO EXISTING ZONING DISTRIm MAP RECOMMENDATION TO REMOVE THE B-2 DISTRICT IN THE TRIANGLE OF COLLEGE AND MARTIN DRIVES WHEREAS approximately three acres of property in the triangle of College Avenue and Martin Drive were rezoned to B-2 District in 1969, and WHEREAS a portion of this area was granted a conditional use grant for an automobile service station, and WHEREAS the automobile service station did not materialize and a portion of the 8-2 District is being developed residentially as Shagbark Subdivision, and WHEREAS the proposed zoning district map indicates that this area would be best suited for residential development in accordance with recommendation from Planning Consultant Mangiamele. THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they initiate a petition to rezone approximately three acres of property in the triangle of College Avenue and Martin Drive from B-2 to RS-2.
