RECOMMENDATION TO REMOVE THE OA DISTRICT SOmH OF TANS DRIVE IN SEC. 5
AMENDMEPR TO EXISTING ZONING DISTRICT MAP
WHEREAS in 1967, approximately 26 acres of property in Section
5 was rezoned from RCE to RCE with an Overlay for Agriculture to
permit a conditional use grant for the purpose of operating a dog
kennel, and
WHEREAS the conditional use grant which had been issued to
Donald J. Bentley was terminated in December, 1972.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that a petition
be initiated to rezone approximately 26 acres of property in Section 0 5 from RCE with an Agriculture Overlay back to RCE.
