AMENDMEK TO EXISTING ZONING DISTRICT MAP
RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE THE 8-2 DISTRICT IN SEkTION 16 TO RS-2

(MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK, INC.
WHEREAS approximately 15 acres of property east of Racine Avenue
in Section 16 were rezoned in 1969 from RS-2 to B-2, and
WHERL4.S the area has not developed commercially, and
WHEREAS the proposed zoning district map indicates this area
would best be suited for residential development in accordance with
recommendation from Planning Consultant Mangiamele.
TKEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they initiate
a petition to rezone approximately 15 acres of property in Section
e 16 from B-2 to RS-2.
