AMENDMENT TO PROPOSED ZONING DISTRICT MAP
IN THE SOU"WEST SECTION OF THE CITY
REPIACE THE R-1 ZONING ON THE STRIP OF LANDS EAST OF RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS the proposed zoning district map indicates the rezoning of
the strip of land east of Racine Avenue from Section 21 to the southern
limits of the city from R-1 to Agriculture, and
WHEREAS a number of property owners have registered their
objections to this proposal, and
WHEREkS the soils are of such a nature that the chance of any
residential development in the area prior to sewers is remote.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby amend the proposed zoning district map to
reflect the R-1 District on the strip of property east of Racine
Avenue from Section 21 to the southern limits of the city.
