AMENDMENT TO PROPOSED ZONING DISTRICT MAP
ADDITION OF OHS OVERLAY DISTRIm IN SECTION 34
(WI LLIAM HONECK PROPERTY)
WH-S the proposed zoning district map indicates the rezoning
of a 3/4 acre parcel of the William Honeck property in Section 34
from Agriculture with an overlay for Highway Service back to
Agriculture, and
WHEREAS after discussion of the proposed zoning with Mr. Honeck
it was the Commission's opinion that the overlay district remain on
the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby amend the proposed zoning district map with the
addition of the overlay for Highway Service on the Honeck property in
Section 34.
