RECOMMENDATION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO MUSKEG0 ZONING ORDINANCE
SOLAR SYSTEM
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for a solar system for Warren
Jones, and
WHEREAS a solar system is not permitted under the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee
were directed by the Commission to prepare a proposed amendment
to the zoning ordinance whereby such a system would be permitted, and
WHEREAS it is their recommendation that Section 4.05 2. be
amended with the addition of "H. Solar Systems subject to the approval
by the Plan Commission of building, site and operational plans." 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they initiate
a petition to amend the zoning ordinance in Section 4.05 2. to include
solar systems as indicated in the recommendation submitted by Planning
Consultant Mangiamele.
