APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND ~IVISION
(HAROLD DE BACK)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Harold DeBack for a
one parcel division of his property on DeBack Road in the SE 1/4
of Section 29, and
WHEREAS this is an R-1 District which requires 80,000 sq. ft.
with 200' average width and the lot proposed more than meets these
requirements, and
WHEREAS the sketch indicates that the proposed parcel will
include an existing dwelling and one outbuilding, and
WHEREAS it will be necessary that the road be constructed prior
to approval of the certified survey map or that a financial guarantee
be submitted to assure the city that the road will be constructed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOWED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for a one parcel division
of property on DeBack Road in Section 29.
