APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #I5
(JOHN STRASSER, JR.)
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has received a petition from
John Strasser, Jr., for expansion of Conditional Use Grant #15 to
permit the construction of an addition to the existing 40’ x 80’
building to be used for offices as well as for automobile service
station purposes, and
WHEREAS the proposed structure will have the proper offsets
and setbacks, and
WHEREAS the existing automobile service station will be razed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of this request for expansion of
Conditional Use Grant B15 to permit the construction of an addition
to the existing 40l x 80’ building to be used for offices as well
as for automobile service station purposes subject to the following
conditions:
after completion of the new station.
1. That the existing building will be razed within 30 days
2. That there will be no storage of junked cars on the premises.
3. That the premises be kept neat and orderly at all times
