RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR WAUER'S EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
Wl3UiAS the City Plan Commission has received a petition from
Carl & Lydia Wauer for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #20 to permit
continued mining and processing of sand and gravel, and
WHEREAS this request is for a 9.874 acre parcel and the City
and of Muskego had previously approved the mining/processing of sand and
gravel on approximately 58 acres, and
WHEREAS all but this 9.874 acre parcel is now included in an
agreement between the City of Muskego and the' Wauer Landfill Permit,
and
WHEREAS this 9.874 acre parcel presently covered by this Conditional
Use will be included eventually in the landfill restoration.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council renewal of the
extractive permit under Conditional Use Grant #20 to permit continued
mining and processing of sand and gravel.
