PCR1974072I. RESOLVTION #P. C. 72-74 REPERRAL OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION TO PUNNING CONSULTANT (PASCHKE & ASSOCIATES - BRYAN ARDIS PRAME.) WHEREAS a site plan prepared by Paschke & Associates has been submitted proposing the development of 48 two family lots on approximately 22 acres of the Bryan Ardis Prame property, and WHEREAS the area in question is located on the north side of Janesville Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, a portion of which abuts the Parkland Plaza planned development, and WHEREAS the property in question is zoned RS-2, RSA & Wetland Floodplain. THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for a proposed subdivision @ of the Bryan Ardis Prame property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
