REFERRAL OP LAND DIVISION TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
(MARY ANDROJNA)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a three parcel division
of property owned by Mary Androjna in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
wKERy\S this is an RS-3 OED District which require 75’ average
width and 11,250 sq. ft. and the lots more than meet these require-
ments, and
WHEREAS the land is served by public sewer, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission must determine if the extension of
Gold Drive or Wentland Drive would best serve the future development
of this area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City e of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for division of the Mary
Androjna property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation.
