APPROVAL OF' CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - OTTO KURTH
WREAS a certified survey map prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & Associates, Inc., May 20th. 1974, has been submitted to
finalize an approximately 3 acre division of the Otto Kurth property
on Durham Drive in Section 11, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 100' average
width and 15,000 sq. ft. in area and the division more than meets
these requirements.
THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of 0 the certified survey map to finalize an approximately 3 acre division
of the Otto Kurth property on Durham Drive in Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
by the city engineer.
