PCR1974069RESOLVTION #P. C. 69-74 REPERRAL OF REZONING REQUEST TO PUNNING CONSULTANT (LoUIS ROZMAN - TRUE VALUE HARDWARE) WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a petition from Louis Rozman, West Allis, to rezone approximately 7 acres of property on the south side of Janesville Road in Section 10 from RS-2 to E-2 to permit construction and operation of a retail hard- ware store, and WHEREAS the Common Council has scheduled a public hearing to consider this request for 7:OO P. M., June 25th, 1974, and WHEREAS the area in question is adjacent to the Parkland Plaza planned development, Preedom Square, Phase IV, which has been approved for residential development. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this rezoning petition to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation as to the compat- ibility of a business district in this area.
