APPROVAL OF CINEMA SIGN - PARKLAND PLAZA
WHEREAS theatre sign elevations have been submitted for approval
which were prepared by Paschke & Associates to advertise the Parkland
Cinema which will be located in the Parkland Mall,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the Parkland Cinema sign subject to the
condition that the color scheme be identical to the Parkland Mall
sign, that the lettering be similar to the existing Parkland Mall sign
and subject to the installation of plastic covers over the flourescent
0 lights.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that prior to installation of the sign,
that the exact color scheme, design, size and location of the sign
will be approved by the Plan Commission at a later date.
