APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY SKETCH FOR KRISTIN DOWNS
(AS AMENDED)
WHEREAS Mr. Herbert Puetzer has submitted a preliminary sketch
for a single family subdivision on the former Lazynski-Beck property
in Section 9, and
WHEREAS the sketch was prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker
and Associates and indicates approximately 83 single family lots, and
WHBREAS Dr. Mangiamele has recommended approval subject to
revisions in the street layout and that the open space indicated
on the plan be dedicated to the city.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the preliminary sketch for a
single family subdivision in Section 9.
