APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR REDIVISION OF LOTS
IN JEWEL CREST SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS plans have been submitted to the Plan Commission
indicating a redivision of Lots 3 and 4, Block 19, Jewel Crest
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the lots in question are in the RS3 OED District
and require 75' average width and 11,250 sq. feet in area, and
WHEREAS the lots were held in separate ownership in 1967,
and
WHEREAS the proposed lots do not meet the zoning requirements e of the district in which they are located, and
WHEREAS the redivision of the lots would make them more
compatible and appropriate to the surrounding area,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the submitted sketch and would
be receptive to a certified survey of the redivision of Lots
3 and 4, Block 19, Jewel Crest Subdivision.
