C. #61-74 DENIAL OF PROPOSED REVISION TO DURHAM MEADOWS WHEREAS Mr. Warren Wolter of Warjo Construction, Inc. has sub- mitted plans for Lot 9 Block 2, Durham Meadows Planned Development, and they are substantially different than the plans that had been approved as were submitted by Architect Ken Kurtz for the Wm. Kilps Co., and WHEREAS Section 6.02 (6) C. of the Zoning Ordinance states that any subsequent change or addition to plans or use first be submitted for approval to the Common Council and if in the opinion of the Common Council upon recommendation of the Plan Commission such change or addition constitutes a substantial alteration of the original plan, a public hearing before the Common Council shall be required and notice thereof given in accordance with Section 3.07, and WHEREAS the City Attorney has advised the Plan Commission that a public hearing would be necessary, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended that the proposed division of the land in Durham Meadows would not be in the best interest of the Planned Development, and WHEREAS the buildings are not as esthetically as acceptable as the plan previously submitted, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does, in view of the reports of the city attorney and the planning consultant, hereby deny the request for a different arrange- ment of Lot 9, Durham Meadows Subdivision, as proposed by Warren Wolter of Warjo Construction, Inc. 0 Deferred City of Muskego Adopted Plan Commission Defeated
