BEPFXRAL OF VALLEY SQUARE TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS a sketch for plans for a eleven lot subdivision
in Sec. 9, west of Valley Drive, have been submitted, and
WHEREAS the property involved is located in the RS3 and
RSM Zoning District,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans for the above
proposed subdivision be referred to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review of proper lot and street layout.
