REFERRAL OF PLANS FOR SOLAR SYSTEM TO CITY ATTORNEY,
ZONING OFFICER AND PLANNING CONSULTANT
(Warren Jones)
WHEREAS plans for a solar system to provide energy to the
heating system for the Warren Jones residence in Bay Shore Estates
Subdivision have been submitted, and
WHEREAS the Muskego Zoning Ordinance does not provide for
this kind of a structure as an accessory use, and
WHEREAS the measurements of the proposed structure would be
9' x 80' and it would be 8' high,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans for a proposed solar
system to provide energy to the heating system for the Warren Jones
residence in the Bay Shore Estates Subdivision be submitted to
the City Attorney, Zoning Officer and Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
