PCR1974057RESOLUTION #P.C. 57-74 (AS AMENDED) EXTENSION OF PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY SIGNS (Freedom Square) WHEREAS on May 15, 1973, the Plan Commission approved for a period of one year the request of Nadler-Levin Co. to place a 12' x 20' sign to be located on the northwest corner of Parkland Drive and Janesville Road, one 4' x 2' sign to be located on the southwest corner of Briargate Lane and Parkland Drive and one three faced 4' x 4' sign to be located in front of the existing condominiums on Briargate Lane, and WHEREAS the developers request that a one year extension of time be granted, and WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.10 (12) C. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance such temporary signs may be permitted for a period up to one year and extension may be permitted for a period not to exceed two years total. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a one year extension of permit for temporary signs advertising Freedom Square. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the removal of the flags and all paraphernalia protruding from the signs. City of Muskego Plan Commission Deferred Adopted May 7, 1974 Defeated
